UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE SPECIFIC WORKSHOP EVENT PAGE OUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOP EVENTS IS AS FOLLOWS:

• If Yoga Shala cancels the Workshop Event, you will be notified by email and you will receive your choice of a full refund or Yoga Shala account credit, (your choice).

• Requests to cancel your registration shall be via email and sent to yogashala313@gmail.com. Please allow two(2) days for return email confirmation of your cancellation. (See cancellation deadlines below.)

• All refunds will be made in the same form as payment was made.

• Please arrive early, late admission is not permitted after (10 minutes) unless arranged a minimum of two(2) days in advance.

• Failure to attend a Workshop Event, or any portion of the Workshop Event, is non-refundable.

• By registering for a Workshop Event you are agreeing to this policy.

WORKSHOP EVENTS OF TWO (2) HOURS OR LESS:

• Full payment is required to register for the Workshop Event. Requests for cancellation dated seven(7) or more days prior to the event start time will be refunded, less a $15.00 administration fee.

• Payment is non-refundable if cancelled less than seven(7) days prior to the event start time or if you fail to attend the event.

WORKSHOP EVENTS EXCEEDING TWO (2) HOURS AND MULTIPLE SESSION EVENT:

• These terms apply to all multiple session events, whether purchased in whole (as a package) or in part (individual module). Full payment is required to register for the Workshop Event(s), or the first installment payment is required for Workshop Events where installments are permitted. The final installment payment is required thirty(30) days prior to the event start time.

• Requests for cancellation dated thirty(30) or more days prior to the event start time will be refunded, less a 30% administration fee.

• Payment is non-refundable if cancelled less than thirty(30) days prior to the event start time or if you fail to attend the event.
